New Zealand Letter of Intent for Computer Consulting Services

NZ computer consultants, before signing a formal contract make sure that you and your client agree on the terms of your retainer by putting them in this Letter of Intent.

• The consultant will provide the agreed-upon computer consulting, purchasing and website design and development services to the client.
• The retainer is understood to be exclusive. The client will agree not to hire any other consultant to provide the services during the term of any signed contract between the parties.
• The client will pay the consultant an hourly rate plus allowable expenses.
• The client will prepay or pay COD charges on purchases made through direct source distributors.
