- The occupant may access the storage unit during the owner's hours of business, provided that he/she is not in breach of the contract.
- The occupant agrees not to use the storage unit for illegal purposes or to store dangerous or hazardous materials.
- The occupant cannot make any alterations to the storage unit, or assign the agreement without the facility operator's consent.
- The facility operator has a lien over the contents of the storage unit and can sell the property if the occupant is in default for a period of more than 60 days.
