UK business owners, if your business requires you to disclose sensitive or proprietary information to a supplier, to have them sign this Confidentiality Agreement before providing the information.

Under the Agreement, the supplier agrees not to disclose any confidential information provided to the supplier by your company, and to use all reasonable means to protect and safeguard such information. The supplier also agrees not to interfere with the company's business or solicit employees, customers or other suppliers of the company.
