USA Performance Theater License Agreement

• Purpose. This Agreement is ideal for renting the space to community associations, theater groups, concert promoters, etc.
• Rental Areas. The rental includes the use of dressing rooms, storage areas, lobby and vestibule, and adjoining areas.
• Stage Services. The renter can also contract for other services to be provided by the school, such as lighting, staging, equipment, etc., for an additional fee.
• Box Office. The school has the right to retain all box office receipts until all amounts owing have been paid, and to deduct its expenses from the receipts.
• Ticketing. The renter agrees to use the school's agents for ticket printing and general ticket sales.
• Approval of Materials. The school must approve all printed material, including tickets, programs and posters.
• Concessions. The school reserves the right to operate all concessions.
