Swimming Pool and Whirlpool Waiver of Liability

If you own a swimming pool or whirlpool / spa that you allow other people to use (such as guests or tenants), protect yourself against any claims for injury or damages by having your guests sign this Waiver for Use of Swimming Pool and Whirlpool.

• The person signing the form must be an adult, and if children are using the swimming pool area, the form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian of the children.
• The guest assumes responsibility for all risks associated with using the swimming pool and/or whirlpool and agrees to indemnify the owner against any claims or actions arising from their use of the pool.
• The guest also agrees to abide by the rules of the pool, and is aware that there is no lifeguard on duty.
