Capital contributions will bear interest, calculated and payable on the first day of each calendar quarter.
All partners will participate in managing the business.
No partner may use the capital of the business for speculation or marginal transactions without the consent of all of the partners.
No credit is to be advanced to any client without the consent of all of the partners.
If a partner dies or becomes incapacitated, or voluntarily withdraws from the partnership, the value of his/her interest will be determined and paid out within a specified time period.
