India Substituted Power of Attorney

If you have been appointed to act on someone's behalf under a Power of Attorney which allows you to delegate your powers, you can do so under this Substituted Power of Attorney form for India.

This form allows you to name a substitute to take over some or all of those powers you were given by the maker of the original Power of Attorney. You must get the consent of the substitute beforehand.
