The tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and well maintained, and not to cause or permit others to cause any damage or do anything which might create a safety hazard. The tenant is responsible for repairing any damage caused by the tenant or other occupants or guests of the premises.
Optional provisions cover extended absences, vehicle parking and storage, vehicle maintenance on site, use of balconies and common areas, pets, water beds, and lawn and yard maintenance.
