• The tenant agrees to keep the premises clean and well maintained, and not to cause or permit others to cause any damage or do anything which might create a safety hazard. The tenant is responsible for repairing any damage caused by the tenant or other occupants or guests of the premises.
• Optional provisions cover extended absences, vehicle parking and storage, vehicle maintenance on site, use of balconies and common areas, pets, water beds, and lawn and yard maintenance.
