Florida lenders, if a borrower is placing a mortgage on rental property, have the borrower complete this Rented Property Addendum to Mortgage form.

The Addendum contains provisions relating specifically to rental properties, including:

• the borrower's obligation to keep accurate financial records, copies of leases and other documents,
• the borrower's obligation to comply with the provisions of the leases,
