Ontario Notice to Terminate Tenancy for Landlord's or Purchaser's Own Use

Ontario landlords, give notice to your tenant that you are terminating their tenancy at the end of the current rental term in order to use the rental unit for your own purposes with this Notice to Terminate Tenancy at End of Term for Landlord's or Purchaser's Own Use.

The Notice sets out who is going to be moving into the rental unit (the landlord or his/her family members, or a purchaser of the unit or his/her family members). It also includes important information for the tenant about the tenant's legal obligations and remedies.
