The developer and the customer grant each other a royalty-free licence to use their respective materials for the purposes of developing, distributing, publishing, reproducing and operating the multimedia project.
The customer agrees to pay all of the developer's out-of-pocket costs associated with the project, and all applicable GST when invoiced by the developer.
Each party agrees not to disclose the other party's confidential information.
The developer will correct any deliverables that do not conform to the contract specifications without further charge.
The customer indemnifies the developer against claims or actions arising from the customer's actions or inactions or its use of infringing materials.
All issues with respect to Privacy Act compliance are the customer's responsibility.
