The developer is an independent contractor and is responsible for paying all income tax and other amounts payable with respect to the compensation paid under the contract.
The customer will reimburse the developer for all sales, use, excise and other taxes levied with respect to the developer's work on the project.
Each party agrees not to disclose the other party's confidential information.
The developer will correct any deliverables that do not conform to the contract specifications without further charge.
The customer indemnifies the developer against claims or actions arising from the customer's actions or inactions or its use of infringing materials.
All issues with respect to Data Protection Act compliance are the customer's responsibility.
