  • The licensee will occupy a portion of the shop premises to carry on its business.
  • The licensee will pay an interest-free security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the licence period, less any amounts owing to the licensor.
  • The licensee will pay a monthly fee for its use of the licensed area of the premises, plus a portion of the electricity bills.
  • The Agreement does not create a tenancy or sub-tenancy between the parties, and the licensee will have no right, title or interest with respect to the shop premises.
