Saskatchewan Mobile Home Lease Agreement

Rent a mobile home to a tenant with this Saskatchewan Mobile Home Lease Agreement.

• Term. The lease can be for either a fixed term, such as 6 months, 1 year, etc. or for a periodic tenancy, such as month to month.
• Services. Certain services are provided by the landlord and included in the rent (e.g. lawn care, visitor parking, etc.). The list of services can be edited to include only those items that apply.
• Appliances. The landlord will supply the appliances with the mobile home.
• Rules. The tenant and all occupants of the premises must abide by the rules and regulations of the mobile home park.
• Statutory Conditions. The required statutory conditions are attached as a schedule to the Agreement.
• Attachments. The file includes a Premises Inspection Report for mobile home rentals, which must be completed by the landlord and tenant together at the beginning and end of the tenancy, and a Security Deposit Statement to be completed by the landlord and given to the tenant at the end of the tenancy.
