License to Use Information

Grant another party a license to distribute information and data online with this License to Use Information template.

The owner of the information and data (the Licensor) grants a licensee a non-exclusive non-transferable license to use and distribute its information and data to the end users of the licensee's Internet information service. Terms of the license include:

• the licensee's obligations with respect to confidentiality and nondisclosure,
• warranty by the licensor that it owns the information being licensed,
• limitation of the licensor's liability,
• the licensor's obligation to defend against any infringement claims brought against the licensee,
• dispute resolution.
