Computer Reseller Agreement clause - porting license

Insert this optional clause into a Reseller Agreement, which provides for the computer manufacturer / supplier to grant the reseller a nontransferable software porting license, thus allowing the reseller to port software products over to hardware configurations not provided by the manufacturer / supplier.
