Use this template to prepare an Accounts Receivable Security Agreement for Canada, between a borrower (debtor) and a lender (creditor), as security for a loan or line of credit. The agreement grants the lender a security interest in all of the borrower's present and after-acquired personal property including inventory, equipment, accounts receivable and book debts.
