Use this template to prepare an Agreement to Furnish Personnel Services between a Canadian company, which wants to subcontract for the rights to an employee's services within Canada, and an international employment agency, which has contracted with the employee for his services worldwide. Provisions of the agreement include:

• The employment agency will loan out the services of the employee to the company within Canada, in accordance with the terms of an employment agreement between the agency and the employee.
  
• If a conflict arises with respect to demand for the employee's services from non-Canadian sources, the agency has absolute control over the schedule of the employee.
  
• The agency will retain its fee, calculated as a percentage of the gross income paid to the agency under the agreement.
