Use this template to prepare an Asset Enhancement Loan Agreement between a lender and an Investment Corporation, whereby the lender loans funds to the corporation, to be used for the purchase of US Treasury Bill(s).

The treasury bills will be held in trust by a holding company, with interest being paid to the investment corporation. Following the last interest payment, the principal amount of the loan will be paid in full.
