Use this template to create a Campus Housing / Apartment Lease Agreement in Michigan between a student and the landlord / owner of the rental property. This form of lease is for a fixed term (such as 6 months, 1 year, etc). Provisions of the lease include:

• prorated rent for first month if not a full month.
  
• tenant to pay holding deposit to have landlord hold the unit.
  
• handling of security deposit.
