Use this template to prepare a Roofing Contract for a commercial building, between the owner or manager of the building and a professional roofer or roofing firm. Provisions of the contract include:

• Payment of the contract price will be made in progress payments. All payments must be made to Contractor, not to subcontractors.
  
• Changes require a signed change order.
  
• Customer is responsible for providing essential services, moving furniture, equipment and other items which block contractor's access, providing storage areas for contractor's materials and equipment, and obtaining any necessary permissions from adjacent properties for access by workmen.
  
• Contractor is responsible for cleanup and removal of surplus materials after completion, and will notify customer of any dry rot or any other damage discovered.
  
• Contractor provides a limited warranty of the workmanship.
