Use this template to create a Commission Agreement for Canada, between a mutual fund company, a licensed insurance agent and the financial services corporation which employs the agent.

The agreement provides that, in accordance with the Insurance Act, all commissions paid to the agent are earned on behalf of the financial corporation.
