- The publisher has final approval on all story lines and completed cartoons.
- All rights in the characters and the cartoons belong to the publisher. The artist will receive a credit on all cartoon strips and on any compilation of cartoons.
- The Artist warrants that s/he is a "qualifying person" within the meaning of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Section 154, for purposes of assigning copyright to the publisher.
