Use this template to prepare a Consulting Services Agreement for the Province of Alberta, Canada between a commodity trader and a partnership, under which the trader agrees to provide consulting services with respect to buying and selling commodities contracts traded on various exchanges, on behalf of the partnership. Provisions of the agreement include:

• The appointment is pursuant to a trading program developed by the trader for the partnership.
  
• The trader must report monthly to the limited partners on the affairs and business of the partnership.
  
• If the partnership account falls below a specified limit, the trader can sell off all of the contracts and terminate the agreement.
