United Kingdom commonhold associations must complete this Commonhold Unit Information Certificate and send it to a unit-holder upon request, in accordance with The Commonhold Regulations 2004 for the United Kingdom.

The Information Certificate sets out any amounts owed by the unit holder to the commonhold association as of the date specified in the Certificate.
