Use this template to prepare a non-exclusive Consulting Services Agreement for the United States, between a consulting firm or independent consultant, and a company who wants to retain the services of the consultant. Duties of the consultant will include:

• preparing business plans, budgets and projections;
  
• developing company policies;
  
• preparing and publishing financial statements, tax returns, press releases and corporate profiles;
  
• supervising management operations and investor relations;
  
• pursuing acquisitions;
  
• securing financing for those acquisitions.

The contract includes a confidentiality agreement to be signed by the consultant in order to protect intellectual property and trade secrets belonging to the company.
