Use this template to prepare a Continuing Indemnity by a corporation or individual (indemnitor) of a several parties who have agreed to act as directors and/or officers of companies which have been set up for specific purposes on the advice of the indemnitor.

This form of indemnity would typically be used in situations where a lawyer or other professional advisor has advised clients to establish one or more corporate entities for the purpose of setting up an offshore trust or other form of tax shelter / asset protection strategy.
