Use this template to prepare a Demand for Satisfaction from Proceeds of Sale, for use in Canada.

This demand is given by a secured party (lender) to another secured party, who is effecting a sale of a debtor's assets or collateral. The party making demand has no security interest in the items being sold, but is owed money under loan agreements or other financial instruments by the debtor whose assets are being sold.
