- The company is to remain the sole and exclusive owner of the current and future technology.
- The company retains the right not to install its operations in any country where it feels its personnel or equipment may be at risk.
- The company will be the sole manufacturer and supplier of the systems to the marketing firm and its affiliates and associates, and its employees have the sole right to install, operate and maintain the systems.
- In addition to financing construction and testing, the marketing firm will pay a fixed fee, plus a percentage of any fee paid to the marketer by the subject countries.
