Finnan Haddie
FINNAN HADDIE
Ingredients:
2 lbs. finnan haddie or smoked fillets
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Cover fish with boiling water and simmer 10 min. Drain.
Add butter and milk to fish, bake at 350F. for 15 min. or simmer until the fish flakes apart. (If fillets are frozen, simmer in water for 20 min.)
Serves 6.
