Alberta Foreign Ownership Declaration Form 2 for Corporations that are not Foreign Controlled. A foreign ownership declaration must be provided by every beneficial owner of controlled land (land outside municipal boundaries) in the Province of Alberta. This form of declaration is to be given by corporations that are controlled by (i.e. a majority of the voting shares are owned by) shareholders who are either Canadian citizens or permanent residents. The form is in MS Word format and can be completed either by hand or on a computer and filed with the Foreign Ownership of Land Administration office. This is a Canadian form, GS 24 (99/06).
