Use this template to prepare a Form 20A (NIP) Acknowledgement of Purchaser That is Not an Individual, for use in the Province of British Columbia pursuant to a private placement offering of shares. This form must be completed by any purchaser that is a corporation or other non-individual.

The form states that the purchaser is aware of the risks involved in the investment, and sets out which Securities Act exemption the issuer of the securities is relying on.
