Franchisors, secure the performance of an assignee franchisee with this Guarantee of Associate Franchisee's Obligations for franchises located in the United States. A separate Guarantee should be delivered by each principal of the assignee ("associate") who owns 10% or more of the outstanding shares of the assignee.
