Use this template to prepare a Commission Agreement between an insurance agent and the financial services corporation which employs the agent.

The agreement provides that, in accordance with the Insurance Act of Canada, all commissions paid to the agent are received by the agent on behalf of the corporation, and are to be paid to the corporation.
