NSW landlords, if you plan to terminate a tenant's fixed term tenancy without specific grounds, you must serve him/her with this Landlord Notice of Termination (no grounds, for fixed term tenancy), in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.

This Notice is for FIXED TERM tenancies only (such as a 1-year tenancy), and requires the tenant to vacate the rental premises within a specified time frame or the landlord may apply to the Tenancy Tribunal for a termination and possession order. Also included is a Service of Notice.
