Indiana landlords, if you terminating the tenancy of a yearly tenant, serve him/her with this Termination of Year to Year Tenancy, pursuant to Article 31 (Landlord-Tenant Relations) of the Indiana Code.

The notice must be served no later than 3 months before the end of the current term, and advises the tenant that the tenancy will terminate on the expiration of the current tenancy year. The tenant is required to vacate (quit) the premises by the termination date. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
