Indiana landlords, if you terminating the tenancy of a yearly tenant, serve him/her with this Termination of Year to Year Tenancy, pursuant to Article 31 (Landlord-Tenant Relations) of the Indiana Code.
The notice must be served no later than 3 months before the end of the current term, and advises the tenant that the tenancy will terminate on the expiration of the current tenancy year.
