Suppliers, use these handy easy-to-use templates to prepare letters confirming shipping and payment terms for customer orders.

There are three (3) letters contained in this package:

• a notice of C.O.D. terms, informing the customer that a purchase order cannot be filled on credit terms and the goods can only be shipped C.O.D.;


• a letter notifying an overseas customer that all overseas orders must be paid in full prior to shipping;


• a letter confirming that payment for an order may be made in several equal installment payments.

These shipping / payment term letters are provided in MS Word format, and are easy to download, fill in and print.
