Suppliers, use these template letter forms to accept return of damaged or defective goods shipped to a customer.

There are two letter templates in this file. The first one unconditionally agrees to accept and pay for return of the goods and gives instructions on how the goods should be packaged. The second one agrees to accept the return, even though the customer's inspection and acceptance period has expired. In this case, the customer's account will be credited but no offer to pay for shipping costs is made.
