Film producers, obtain the right to use existing film footage from the owner of the footage with this License to Use Film Footage in Motion Picture / TV Production.

The owner warrants that nothing in the footage is obscene, libelous, blasphemous or infringing upon any rights of third parties. The owner undertakes to provide such 16mm or 35mm tape as he/she has possession of, and will ensure that it is of suitable technical quality for television transmission and for making prints and masters.
