With this form, you can grant your attorney-in-fact the power to sign all the documents required to close the purchase or sale and transfer the property on your behalf. If you are selling property, you can also authorize your attorney-in-fact to receive the sale proceeds for you. Your attorney’s powers and authority only remain in effect until the transaction has been completed.
