Alberta landlords, rent out your house, apartment or suite to a tenant with this Month to Month Residential Tenancy Agreement, in accordance with the Province of Alberta Residential Tenancies Act. Provisions of the agreement include:

• payment and disposition of security deposit;
  
• the tenant's obligations to maintain and protect the premises from damage and not permit illegal or dangerous activities;
  
• the landlord's obligation to allow the tenant quiet possession when not in default;
  
• termination of the tenancy by either party;
  
• pets;
  
• tenant improvements;
  
• storage of flammable materials.
  

This rental contract CANNOT be used to rent a mobile home site, vacation home, or living quarters in a landlord's residence.
