BC commercial landlords, if you are mortgaging a commercial building, give your tenants a measure of comfort by having the mortgagee sign this Nondisturbance Agreement.

The mortgage lender agrees that, if the landlord fails to make the mortgage payments, the tenant will continue to have the right to quiet possession of the premises when not in default under the lease, and the tenant agrees not to surrender or assign the lease.
