Use this template to prepare a Notice of Appointment of Receiver. This form of notice would be served by a lender on a borrower notifying them that, due to the borrower's default in loan payments and failure to cure the default after receiving notice of same, the lender has exercised its right to appoint a receiver to take possession of certain assets and to carry on the borrower's business.
