This USA Notice of Intention to Sell Property is to be served on a debtor prior to the sale of property which is being sold to satisfy an outstanding debt under a contract between the debtor and the secured party.

The lender / secured party prepares and serves the Notice to advise the debtor that the property pledged as collateral security by the debtor will be sold by the secured party, either through private sale or at public auction, to cover all or part of the debtor's indebtedness under a loan agreement or other contract. The form includes a Certificate of Service.
