Alaska tenants, if you want to end your monthly tenancy, you must serve your landlord with a Notice to Landlord of Termination of Month-to-Month Tenancy.

The Notice sets out the date on which the tenancy will end and the date the tenant will vacate the premises. The tenant must also provide a forwarding address so the landlord can return the security deposit. The form includes a Record of Service, so that you can record the details of how you served the Notice on the landlord.
