Alaska tenants, if you want to end your weekly tenancy, you must serve your landlord with a Notice to Landlord of Termination of Week-to-Week Tenancy.

The Notice stipulates that the tenancy will end 14 days following the landlord's receipt of the Notice, and sets out the date the tenant will vacate the premises. The tenant must also provide a forwarding address so the landlord can return the security deposit. The form includes a Record of Service, so that you can record the details of how you served the Notice on the landlord.
