Queensland landlords and tenants, if the other party to your tenancy agreement is in breach of his/her obligations under the agreement, serve him/her with this Notice to Remedy Breach, in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1994.
This form can be used by any party to a tenancy agreement (the landlord, the landlord's agent, or the tenant) to notify another party that it is breach of one or more of the terms of the agreement and setting out a date by which the breach must be remedied.
