Alaska landlords, if your weekly tenant is in breach of the rental agreement, you can terminate the tenancy by serving the tenant with this Notice to Tenant of Termination of Week-to-Week Tenancy (Notice to Quit).

The Notice informs the tenant that the tenancy is terminated, and the date by which the tenant must vacate the premises, failing which the landlord can start a lawsuit to evict. It also sets out the reasons for terminating the tenancy

The form also includes a Record of Service form so you can record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
