Notify the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) about shares of a public company which have been issued for consideration other than cash with this Notification of Details of Shares Issued Other Than for Cash, Form 208, pursuant to the Corporations Act, 2001.

Public companies must notify ASIC of details of any shares issued other than for cash, where shares were not issued under a written contract, or where the shares were issued under contract but the company does not want to lodge a copy of the written contract.
