Use this template to prepare an Offer to Purchase land in the Province of British Columbia, for development of a subdivision. The Offer is made by the developer to the owner or the owner's agent as vendor (seller) of the property. Terms of the offer include:

• the purchaser is responsible to pay the GST on the transaction, if any;
  
• the vendor must provide a surveyor's certificate;
  
• the owner's house and outbuildings and the land they occupy are excluded from the sale.
